Business Operations Manager

Position Overview:
The Business Operations Manager at Vidyalai, will be entrusted with a critical leadership role, responsible for optimizing various facets of our company's operations. You will have to to lead, strategize, and execute initiatives for overall business success. This role also entails managing a team to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities while aligning with overarching business objectives and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Develop, optimize and monitor different KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operations.
- Provide leadership, training and guidance to the operations team, fostering excellence.
- Mentor team members to achieve a high performing team
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure a superior level of service and satisfaction.
- Plan and organise daily work schedules to efficiently manage existing customers and convert new leads.
- Perform all job duties in an office-based setting with no travel required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Leadership experience and active involvement in college clubs, events, or co-curricular activities will be a strong plus.
